Good option for downtown Hot Springs that is reasonable and includes parking. Updated older hotel but nicely done and reasonably quiet. Limited healthy breakfast options (fruit but no oatmeal or yogurt).

Convenient to convention center and beds were comfy. My main complaints are checkout and food. We were here for a dance competition and we asked the day before leaving about a late check out, bc we knew everyone else would do the same. We were told by the manager on duty to call at 8am today (Sunday) to check on the late check out status. We even asked upon checkin and they told us to ask the day of leaving on late check out. My husband called at 8am as instructed and the manager on duty said they’d already had a list of names by 7:30am and we were too late. Disheartening as we had a sick child and needed the extra time before heading home. Breakfast was not good at all. Much better to DoorDash or get breakfast elsewhere.

Very Positive

I have stayed at several hotels in Arkansas, this is the best one yet. The staff is friendly, restaurant was great as well as the complimentary breakfast! The room was clean, shower was great. The free shuttle service was great for going to the horse races! Would highly recommend The Hotel for your next stay. I will definitely stay here for now on.

The staff were very friendly and the bellhop assisted with taking our belongings to our room. The room was clean, except the hard floors were sticky. Overall, this hotel is a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

I like the layout of the rooms but I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. There were dust balls under the beds and the ledges and hair in the shower. Very stingy on towels and wash cloths. Beds were very comfortable.
