Take in spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the balcony or boardwalk. The fenced backyard offers extra space to relax or play. Just minutes from historic downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Casino & Live Racing, and top shopping and dining spots. Parking for 3 vehicles plus space for a boat trailer.
This two-story retreat features 2 spacious upstairs bedrooms, 3 total beds, and 3 full bathrooms (including one on the main level). Each bedroom includes a private ensuite with essentials, and the master boasts a whirlpool tub and private patio. You'll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms—everything you need for a comfortable stay.
*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.
PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
