It’s the best of both worlds- old home charm w high ceilings & tall baseboards, yet a hip mid century vibe! Professionally decorated to appeal to all those ‘Chip & Joanne fans’. A great back deck to grill & lounge. Close to the downtown restaurants & shopping, race track, the casino, the lake, hiking, world-class mountain-biking trails, and MORE! The house itself was lovely! The neighborhood not so much. The street the house is on is on the rougher side. While the house is truly walkable to downtown, it is not a walk we were comfortable making after dusk (or ever to be honest). That might have just been poor research on our part but the listing definitely gave the impression of an easy walk. But again, the house and host were just great!

Everything! Kathleen was a gracious and accommodating hostess, and she had the place beautifully decorated for Christmas during my stay. Great stay / older neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay and the house was as advertised, clean and well kept. The neighborhood is just outside of downtown. While not walkable, it's an easy short drive. The neighborhood is older but very quiet, barely saw any neighbors. One note, the driveway is very narrow and can take a little practice to maneuver in a truck. Not a big issue though.
