The hotel is very convenient at walking distance to the airport. Not much to do around and during my stay it was almost empty. Overall very good if you are looking for peace and quiet.

It’s unfortunate that a hotel that was built a year ago has so many maintenance issues. We were on the third floor and there were a couple of workers doing some construction work which seemed odd for such a new hotel. The rooms were huge, but you better know the person you’re staying with REALLY well as there is no real privacy. The bathroom sink is in the room. The shower is adjacent to the sink and has a door so water doesn’t splash out. Definitely not great for a family. The pool area is nice-ish. It seems that they either ran out of money or they didn’t plan the area well enough. It’s hard to put into words what the place looked like. There are two jacuzzi’s, one on each end, and the pool in the middle. The pool area per se was nice. The hot tubs however, were broken. One worked half way, no water jets, but it was heated, while the other one was not working in any capacity. They supposedly have a restaurant up there according to the person who checked us in, but it was not operational when we asked. They said to go to the cafe downstairs to eat. The food was ok, but I cannot stand the practices the hotel management operates under. When I asked the server to add the tip to the bill so I could pay it with the card, she informed me that I could do that but none of the waitstaff would ever receive the he tips! I was pretty mad internally and even more embarrassed for not having cash on hand. The room itself was in decent shape. The nearest town is 16 min away.

If you get the chance stay here!! Its walking distance from Felipe Carrillo Puerto Airport.Price point for my single room was exceptional. Didn't hear a single jet when I was in my room. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff were very accommodating.The roof top restaurant and pool area is top shelf. The waitstaff in the morning need to polish their serving skills slightly. ordered breakfast (pancakes), side of bacon and cappuccino. Brought the pancakes with no syrup. Side of bacon came after I finished my pancakes.Could have been an off day. Over all the food was excellent. The view of airport and surrounding jungle was breath taking during the day. At night it was lit and the view was stunning.

All their services and cleanliness of the hotel, I ordered dinner it was excellent. Love their checkout time at 12 noon. I couldn’t get a seat out yesterday and this Hotel was so convenient just to walk over and stayed the night. I will recommend this beautiful hotel ❤️

Hotel was isolated, granted I stayed for a work trip, I was not there for leisure. The property had a strong order, similar to moldy smell best I can compare it to. The food was some of the worst I have ever had. The hotel does not have a good menu and food tasted terrible. Other than that, the room was clean but there is no do not disturb for the door. They will go inside to clean while you are not there. If you can book another Hotel, I'd recommend that. There is NOTHING in the area to eat or do.

The property is very new (open 4 months I believe). Still working out the kinks but has a lot of potential. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Down side is no bed larger than a full. My husband and I did not sleep well on this smaller bed.

I was SO impressed with this hotel. I needed a place to crash at the Tulum airport after flying in and booked this place having no idea how nice, new, and convenient it would be!!! It’s literally in the same parking lot as the airport. As soon as you walk out BOOM, there it is!!! It was built within the last year so everything is nice and new. There’s a beautiful rooftop area with lounging, a restaurant, and pool/hot tubs! A total bang for your buck! Super happy with our stay!!! We ended up staying a night before we flew out too just because it was so convenient being so close! Highly recommend.
