- work desk, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron,
- crib, high chair,
- travel cot available,
- TV, satellite or cable, Wi-Fi, fan, books,
- central heating, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, hangers,
- fireplace (not in use),
- 2,500 m² outdoor area including a large garden and a furnished terrace with a large table and garden furniture,
- private entrance,
- parking in front of the house for several cars.

After 10 pm, noise pollution is not accepted.
