Disliked: Cleanliness
Great location. Now the rest....If you're looking for a quiet place to stay in Houston, this is not it. Granted our stay was over Halloween weekend, but seeing that there are bars and clubs less than a block away leads me to believe that it's all the time. I guess I can say that the one good thing about this property is the comfortable beds. But bring earplugs because nights are extremely noisy. The No Party and Quiet Hours per the rules on the booking make it sound like it may be a quiet place to rest, but that only applies to you. And no one else in the multi-unit rental nor the neighborhood. The entire property is pretty dingy and dirty. While it may sleep six adults, it does only have one tiny 3/4 bath with zero counterspace. The small bath towels available were on their last legs. Not to mention, the faucet runs on a trickle and the soap dispenser was empty. The kitchen wasn't much better with an unattached faucet fixture. If you're ordering food to be delivered, you may want to request some more silverware as there are only two mismatched forks and two mismatched spoons. Plenty of dull steak and butter knives though. And a bath mat as a kitchen towel. The "cleaners" did add that magic fold to the (one-ply?) toilet paper, so there is that.Also, be aware - CHECK IN IS 5PM UNLESS YOU PAY 50 for an "early arrival". CHECK OUT IS 10AM, unless.... Yea.

Everything was neat and clean. Description of property was accurate. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was great. He was responsive and timely. Would definitely stay there again.
