We rented this beautiful house for our daughter’s wedding and it was perfect for a large group gatherings. The house is stunning with a lovely blend of elegance and warmth that fit our family's style perfectly. The space was ideal for our celebrations with plenty of room for guests and some rooms has balcony overlooking a park, Geetika was wonderful and accommodating to our needs and very friendly. We loved everything was tailored to make the wedding day stress-free and memorable. The location was also great, allowing our guests to relax and enjoy the festivities. Would highly recommend this house for any wedding party looking for a beautiful, stress-free rental!

My family stayed here for Thanksgiving this year and this house was Terribly maintained.... everywhere you turned something was broken or unable to use. #1. the listing was wrong, I informed the owner and they updated it but it is STILL wrong...All the items that were broken: Hot tub, downstairs beverage fridge, main fridge water and ice dispenser, kitchen cabinets, movie room recliners, toilet paper holders, rain shower head in upstairs bedroom, shower in upstairs master. The master shower Not working was Probably The Worst part.... She had a maintenance man stop by, but he was not able to fix anything.....There were no trash cans, wash cloths, hand towels or hair dryers in any bathrooms. The couple of towels they did provide were stained and gross.They didn't leave the cushions out for the outdoor furniture I had requested it several times and she failed to do so.The water pressure in the upstairs shower that did work, the water pressure was Terrible!We were not able to bring the shades down in the upper windows in the living room, she didn't leave the remotes for us. When we got there the floors were super sticky, she did send cleaning ladies but they did a super quick job and floors were still gross.This house needs a DEEP cleaning and some major maintenance. I had informed the owner of everything and she said she would "Consider" fixing some of these things.....This house is no where near ready for guests.
Chairs in Kitchen were all pretty worn and one broke on us
Only one recliner worked in movie room
The bath towels that were provided were all stained and gross
No toilet paper holder but this is pretty reflected of the state of the entire house.... needs So much work

My stay

This property is perfect for a gathering of many sorts. My gathering was for about 30 people, and there was plenty of space for my family and group of friends for my daughter’s baby shower. It was the perfect spot for children. I could say it was children friendly. Has a great space outside in the veranda For a set up of tables and chairs. We actually put a bounce house in that area and it was great. No issues at all. Would book again!!

House was clean when we arrived, plenty of space for guest and a pool . Unfortunately it rained during the stay so we could not use it but it was beautiful. We had food and there was plenty of space to spread out. I would book again the the future

Huge house with amenities

This home has a lot of space. Several bedrooms, bathrooms, theater room, sitting room, etc. Everyone was able to have their own space. The pool was amazing! We had a few minor issues, but the property manager was very prompt in their response.
