The hotel was extremely clean. The gym was neat, clean and organized. The room was also very clean. The best Best Western I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating from the security guard, to the front desk staff, the staff doing breakfast and cleaning the rooms. If I’m ever in Houston again, this would definitely be my first choice!!!!

I stayed for Halloween weekend. Despite being an older building, it’s extremely clean and it’s not overtly outdated. The breakfast wasn’t super flavorful (well duh as far as hotel breakfasts go) however their upkeep and variety is amazing. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Pool isn’t heated, or didn’t seem to be. It also wasn’t the cleanest so just beware of that but I also went during off season so it’s possible they only upkeep it during peak usage times. Didn’t really impact the quality of my stay as it wasn’t hot enough for pool time anyway. And the water wasn’t really dirty but it was extremely chlorinated, the bottom was just gritty. You get what you pay for with parking it is extremely safe. This is coming from someone who would walk miles rather than pay for parking

Hotel was average, breakfast was average, parking was inferior and an extra charge of $20+ per day. Ice machine only worked 50% of the time I was there out of a 4 night, 5 day stay. I will not stay here again unless it is the last available option.
