The staff was nice and accomodating. Check in was quick. Some of the breakfast was cold. The elevator was noisy. The shower head came off when trying to adjust it. Some areas near the coffee/microwave was dusty. Overall, it was a good stay!

The room and amenities are okay. I took off one star for the following reasons: (1) the building is not sound proof as you can hear and feel the tumbling on the floor when people are walking, and (2) the front desk service was not good at checked in. He was unfriendly & not given any info about the facility at all.

This hotel is beautiful with a variety of hot breakfast options and delicious coffee. We loved our king suite with a mini stocked kitchen and separate living room for the kids. The website said we could request a crib. The front desk said they didn’t have any cribs. I had to go down to the front desk and request linens for the sofa bed for the kids. Otherwise the hotel is great!
