The breakfast was terrible, but Zinia, at the cafeteria made a great effort with what she had and her nice demeanor made you forget about the fact that there was no cereal, no bread, no waffles... Besides that we liked the spacious rooms and the convenient location for us.

We had a very nice stay. Two rooms-a king and a standard double queen. The only issue was that the king room had a malfunctioning air conditioning system. The hotel offered to move us to another room, but it would have been for the second of our two nights and on a different floor from the other rented room, so we declined. The hotel did bring up a box fan. I heard no complaints from those who had breakfast. I would stay at this hotel again.

This has been my "go-to" property near Houston. Allowances were made for issues that began during and after Covid. But there is no longer a viable excuse for the uncleanliness everywhere, the accumulation of trash in the hallways, the overflowing trash cans in the breakfast area, the dirty hallways and elevator, the short supply of breakfast foods, the sultry breakfast area employees, and the frightfully overextended front desk staff who have to wear far too many hats. That said, the best thing about this property on our most recent visit was in fact the front desk staff: courteous, friendly, helpful, positive and cheerful despite the oppressive weight of responsibility that fell to them.
