Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. There was a Ziploc bag of pills left in the bathroom from previous guests when we checked into the room. Our room service orders were incorrect all three nights. The shower had no shower gel/body wash and when front desk was notified, they initially stated there was no body wash available and provided bar soap. It was only after I spoke to an assistant manager that housekeeping returned and filled the shower shampoo/conditioner/body soap. This was not the service I expected to receive when staying in the deluxe suite at the Blossom. The right one, but then it showed that it was Kirby not Houston.
