I was disappointed with the front desk service and long wait to check in. We arrived around 2:30 PM after traveling all morning and were told our room wouldn’t be ready until the 4 PM check-in time. We understood that, but when we returned at 3:45 PM after waiting at the bar, we were told the room was still not ready and to come back in 15 minutes. It felt as though no effort was made to accommodate us, even with the check-in time so close.
When we brought this up to the hotel manager, his response was even more disappointing. He was unapologetic and simply stated that the hotel was extremely busy that weekend and the room would not be ready until 4 PM. It’s frustrating to believe that from 3:45 to 3:55 PM there were truly no rooms available at all.
Based on this experience, the lack of customer service, and the manager’s dismissive attitude, I will not be recommending this hotel and I will not be returning.
