Absolutely terrible!!! The first room we were put in was filthy and we had to be moved and the second room smelled like a dog lived in it then to make matters worse valet lost our car for almost 2 hours!!!!!

I have stayed at blossom more then four times over the years but this time the service was bad. Lack of heated pool. the front desk said its always heated at 80 degree, but it wasnt. It was ice cold and they didnt even bother to go up ont the pool deck to check. My kid wanted a soft drink at 11 am and the front desk manager told me the bar is closed so go to the 13th floor and that bar is open, sadly it was closed too.

Nice clean hotel. Large rooms. Only stayed one night. Area a little sketchy. Came back at 10:30 pm and 3 cars with drivers parked outside with car running. Young teenage girls dressed scantily . Just not our type of clientele. Will not return

I didn’t like that now you have to pay $50 per night for valet and there’s no other option. You can’t even park it yourself anymore. My comforter had blood spots on them so I had to request more. The hotel is pretty quiet which I do like.

Beautiful property but in a bad area. Staff was friendly but the pool was advertised as heated but we were told they only turn the heater on if you request the prior morning.

Awesome Hotel

My experience was awesome. The staff was particularly helpful. Melvin checked me in and waived an early check-in fee. Fernando took pictures and set-up a nice photo op for my sister who visited me during my stay, The drivers took me to my medical appts in a timely manner and even drove me to get food. The hotel was very clean and inviting. The view and pool area was amazing. I felt safe and welcomed! I'd choose the hotel every time 10 out 10!
