The staff was fine. The room(s) were terrible. I changed my room 4 times and then left the hotel after 130 am in the morning. The first room had fleas and when the heater was on it smelled like animal urine; second room smelled like a stinky dog; third room had a dead roach on the kitchen area counter. I asked the front desk to come and get the roach and clean the counter. After he left I killed a roach that was crawling on my cup. I asked the front desk person to come back to see and while he was in my room he killed another roach crawling across the floor. I asked for a fourth room. The 4th and then 5th rooms also had roaches in the bathroom and bedroom area. At this point I did not feel comfortable staying in any of their rooms and I left the hotel after 130 in the morning. I have photos and I would like a full return for my partial stay and my inconvenience for the long drive home in the middle of the night.
