The cleanliness and the location is really remote to dining and shopping I also liked the fact that this was our second time staying here and I was able to request a room on the bottom floor due to the elevator not working and they were able to accommodate us

The hotel is not very good quality. The elevator wasn’t working so we had to use the stairs which were so stuffy and hot because there was no a/c at all or ventilation. Our microwave wasn’t working either. The breakfast was ok. There was no fresh oatmeal, the egg was from powder and the only other option was low quality yogurt. Staff was nice and friendly.

One night checked in after 6 pm checking out before 11 am and a deposit of this level 2 hotel a $100 deposit yet I checked at holiday inn much cleaner and nicer they gave me a pass on the deposit since I was only staying overnight The room has an awful smell but it is not great

Rooms spotless, everything in the room was great just as seen advertised on the website. Excellent staff and room service attendants. Excellent breakfast. Only issue they need to improve on have vent in the bathroom to suck the moisture out while taking warm showers
