If I could give 0 stars I would. We were put in a room with roaches and bed bugs. Upon notifying the staff, we were told they wouldn’t honor a refund, due to 3rd party booking. The “management “ that was there was not providing us with satisfactory service. I had to go with the manager to inspect another room, and upon inspection I clearly saw and stated that the room definitely was not being cleaned properly. This manger did say she was taking notations and would speak to the housekeeping department about doing better. I wish I would have taken photos of the dirt in this room, as well as the bugs in the first room. I had my grandchildren with me and the gingerbread houses we built had to be left in the first room due to health safety concerns and roaches on the surface we used. I was told I would have extra bonus points added to my choice membership- in which I did not. I contacted the main office of choice hotels and they couldn’t even offer a single resolution. I absolutely would not recommend! Will not stay at a choice hotel again!

the couches in the room has stains all over them, smell in the room wasn’t the best, shower was dirty and had hair on the shower walls, and the whole 4th floor smelled really really bad especially near the elevator.
