Way below expectations - not worth the posted price
Stating facts only: guests came for 3 weeks to start cancer treatment with family. Apartment was incredible dirty upon arrival, single bed not on site, no sheets for pull out bed which had bed bugs. Response took 4 days to finally resolve. Cleaning fee was refunded 2 weeks later than promised and no other compensation was ever given despite being an agreement.
Hallway kept flooding due to washer leaking and mud coming from outside (sidewalk is all torn and muddy) -nobody was ever responsible to clean this common area which led to slip and fall risk. We took the task to clean it.
Apartment is one of 4 - on the ground floor which is not specified.
Unfortunately, awful insulation so every step and noise was felt and very loud from above occupants from other units. Not their fault though. Everyone was polite and did their best.
I wished the place had more natural light, interiors are run down and tub plugged. It’s ok for a short stay but a longer just turned depressing. Specially if you’re there for chemotherapy. Full transparency, a therapy dog was indicted for the treatment, visited for a few hours and this was used to claim breach of contract. So just great! and yet the owner got away with all of the above and full payment.
Totally disappointing and very poor response . Do not recommend this place
