This is the perfect spot for hosting a Bachelorette... if you don't plan on making a lot of noise. They have noise monitors on the property and threaten to fine you if you get too loud. The property was set up very well and it was very clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, there were ants in two of the restrooms. On the bright side, when we informed the property management company, they DoorDashed some bug spray to the house. You should also be aware that the property if FOUR stories. We didn't realize this until after we arrived. If you aren't a fan of stairs, I wouldn't recommend this spot.

Our stay at the Downtown Houston 3BR Bachelorette Escape was absolutely perfect for celebrating my best friend! The home is truly incredible, boasting beautiful decor that perfectly matched the online description. Dream Rentals was fantastic to work with, maintaining excellent communication throughout the entire process and providing clear, step-by-step instructions for both check-in and check-out. The home itself is incredibly spacious, offering so many Instagram-worthy spots that I couldn't stop snapping pictures! After a night out, the soft and comfortable beds were a welcome treat. We also felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent in this lovely home. I highly recommend this rental for any group looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Downtown Houston!

It's not far from George R Brown center, and takes around 20 minutes by walking. There is a police station nearby, and it made me feel safe. The unit is big, also the kitchen is big. We stayed in this unit for a week, and the big unit and kitchen made us feel comfortable like home.
