Everything was great. Quick walk to Toyota Center for Rockets game. Rooftop pool is dope. Great breakfast, busy on this weekend but still plenty to eat and drink. Happy hour a little limited compared to other ES we’ve stayed in, but still good. Stay here! We will again!

We’ve stayed here twice to attend concerts nearby. The rooms are very nice. Evening reception and breakfast are exceptional. Staff is wonderful. My only complaint is the the parking rate, but it is standard for a downtown hotel.

Terrible experience. The hotel was oversold so we could not get the type of room we reserved requiring people to sleep on a sofa sleeper. The hotel staff “apologized” and said there was nothing they could do other than award extra HHonors points. After too much discussion they did offer some additional amenities for the inconvenience. Later in the evening blood was discovered on the linens/mattress for the pull out sofa. When a new mattress and linens were requested security responded instead of housekeeping and were very rude and unhelpful.

Great convenient. Room was dirty when we checked on. Told the front desk. No one came to clean the room. I have been staying at Embassy and never had any issues.

The property is great The room had issues with the HVAC system the were unresolved during stay. Staff was attentive and apologized and addressed the issue at check out. I will return
