The staff was not friendly, the room was filthy with a for lock that didn’t function, and the walls are so thin that I heard street noise all night.

The room had roaches! As in more than one!! And when I told the front desk attendant they seemed unphased, almost as if they were used to it. All they said was that a note would be made to let their manager know. That was it.

Property is close to the metro, that's a plus. Their "breakfast" consisted of coffee, muffins, oatmeal and nutrigrain bars. My door (214) looked like it had been kicked in at some point. The door was difficult to shut and I didn't feel safe. I was only there a few hours between flights so not a big deal for me but someone staying longer may have issues. Beds are comfy, clean as they can get it I suppose, it is very outdated. Tiles in tub were pushed in, cracks in ceiling and walls... Needs work for sure

Unprofessional stuff ( one person is saying one thing and the other one is saying totally opposite thing). Some stuff is rude. Weed smell on the first floor at night. Dirty carpet in the hallways. Old and/or dirty floors in the room.

Pay extra money stay somewhere else period. Room was dirty toilet didn’t work door locks broke in room and entry to building card wouldn’t work, curtains full of holes no darkness at night, trash all around property. Tv broke I would sleep in car before staying there again,, only good thing was it was convenient to hospital reason we picked it but pay extra stay somewhere else. Room had a bad smell like pets hard to deal with.

This place is 2 steps below a dump! An absolute horrible and filthy. Only reason we stayed there because of the hospital location. My wife couldn’t walk and it’s close to hospital. Stay at your risk. I’m never coming back. I would rather pay more than to stay at this place. The staff is equally horrible and unfriendly. Disgusting people with disgusting place. No surprise.

This hotel was older and not kept up. The queen bed was really more like a full size bed. I saw roaches in the hall. The breakfast was a joke. We had to beg for towels. We will not stay there ever again.

I stayed there before and had a pretty good experience so I booked again. This time was a little disappointing. The room smelled awful, the latch was broken on the door, the bathroom door had cracks and holes in it. My daughter was scared to go to the restroom after finding a roach by the tub. I liked the hotel because its convenient to the childrens hospital, but for comfort and peace of mind I'll have to look elsewhere.

The stay was grand. They are located next to a couple of hospitals so the surrounding area is very quiet. Our room was clean and the floor we were placed in was very quiet. Now the only issue that I had was I saw a dead roach on the floor and when my husband moved the television the following morning a roach came crawling from under it. He did kill it and left it sitting dead. The continental breakfast could have had a variety of drinks instead of just coffee. I think if they offer more and get the roach issue under control then they will have an amazing establishment. Customer service from the desk clerk who checked us in was nice. But there was no gift as other hotels are doing when guest check in would’ve helped a lot.
