Horrible stay waist 40 min arguing about the price

Their saying the online prices are not valid and was trying to make me pay more or choose a smaller room waisted a whole 40 minutes talking to the manager about nothing was resolved until I called the actual customer service on the phone waist of time over priced here

Staff friendly. Very quiet place, felt comfortable. Wifi was almost a no with the connection speed. Everything else was decent for what I needed.

Better accommodations for less at nearby Knight's Inn North / IAH.

Awful!

Rooms were dirty and the door wouldn't even close all the way. There no toilet paper in the bathroom and when I went ro ask the guy at the front desk for some, he looked beyond confused.The shampoo packet had been there so long it had petrified. The bathroom lights were on a timer, 15 mins. Avoid at all costs unless you are just looking for a place to crash and don't care about the horrible condition of this place.
