Staff were rude and not helpful, despite booking the airport shuttle the driver was late and rude and didn’t assist with loading or unloading bags. Overall the hotel was very noisy, with minimal sound proofing. The housekeeping staff were very noising in the hallways each morning. and staff in general lacked any customer service with a general rude tone.

Very good experience. Friendly staff including the shuttle driver. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I will go back again to this Hampton Inn hotel. It is also at a convenient location!

This “modern” Hampton is not what I am used to. Transportation to and from the airport is difficult due to the outdated airport and the hotel’s shuttle schedule.

Great service

After missing a connecting flight the Hampton staff were quick to pick me up at airport and allowed for later check out due to flight next day was way later in afternoon. So grateful after a terrible day!
