It was my first time booking with Hotel.com and picked a low priced stay due to the location requirement. I must say this has been the best experience of all times even being a loyal customer with known chains . Starting from before checked in to after , it was nothing but peace of mind and best customer service ever. All I felt was like being home !! Spacious, comfortable, accommodating and hospitable. Highly recommending Heritage Suites from now onwards and would love to book more stays. Good luck to Katherine and her new born on the way in 3 days who took all her time out to walk me through, answered all my questions ever asked and waiving unnecessary charges without me aware off. What a delightful experience. Over all 5 stars ❤️

The lobby was about the best looking place in the hotel. Unless they reserve better sweets for a higher price. Room seemed outdated. A/c seemed like it struggled to keep the room cool. There is no shower fan, so when you take a shower unless its a cold one. Expect a hot humid room afterwards. Though breakfast was included i would have rathered eat fast food. Breakfast was the same thing day in and day out. On top of that the options were limited . So prepare to face food boredom. I give this place a 3 star rating.
