This a nice and clean facility in Sugarland. I had two issues there was only one working elevator. Secondly, the breakfast area is not well attended by the staff. Garbage piles up and overflows specially around the coffee area and the food is not re-stocked. You have to go find someone and tell them there is no oatmeal left, there is no orange juice, there is no bread, at one point there were no cups left anywhere. I would suggest an attendant who actually is present in the breakfast area. But the facility was very clean and updated.

The attendant confirmed my room was available but refused an early check-in unless I gave her $30. The tub would not hold water. Having a tub was important to my wife. There was other signs of water damage in many places. The main elevator was out of order.

I had 5 days 3/23 there was hot water Monday,Tuesday no hot water Wednesday we had half a day hot water and Thursday the same reception staff rude when I asked they said they were working on it I said good morning no response I asked for the email of a manager and they said will email it to you and never did I asked for a print out receipt and said she could not print one that I will be emailed one I checked out at 9 am

Worst experience! Staff was rude and unpleasant … they clearly do not know how to listen the rooms were not dirty but not exactly clean. Oh and just because you do the book now pay later they do not care if you hand them a new card at the hotel they double charge you and then tell you it’s your fault and get rude with you! I highly suggest people stay away from this property….
