In the past I’ve found below standard hotels lifted up by great service. This is the opposite. Even without taking the very reasonable room rate into account, the room was excellent and the hotel itself seemed lovely, although it was a brief one night stopover so we didn’t explore it. However, the transfer of information between Hotels/Expedia and the hotel itself didn’t link the two rooms in any way, and the lady checking us in couldn’t find the second room. We eventually resolved things, but not until after the employee had tried every possible way to blame me for the situation, this despite me twice showing her the booking confirmation which had everything correct in black and white. The only other issue was that our room had a coffee machine that uses pods and room service had left us only coffee bags, which aren’t compatible and there was no kettle to boil water to use them. We chose not to go to reception to try to resolve this because we were still so disappointed by the poor attitude of the lady as she had checked us in.

Lovely property and room. Stay in 101, 103 etc to zip into the fitness, laundry and pool. The pool is open from 10am to 10pm. The lobby has a good ambiance with expensive look. It's 20mins from Bush airport. Normal checkout 11am but you can extend it to 12noon. Don't stay later. They will charge you extra. Great value for money. No airport shuttle
