This may have been a 4 star hotel once, but those days are long gone. Dated furniture, dust coating much of the surfaces, and an unclean shower curtain were enough to convince me that it has been coasting on its proximity to the hospitals and the university for too long. The breakfast food was too expensive for the lack in quality, but the Starbucks in the lobby was nice. The staff were great and very understanding when these points were brought up, but to say this is still a 4 star hotel is not accurate.

Rooms was clean, everyone was nice. Had an issue in our first room with the heat not working and they tried to fix it and was not able to. They moved us to a very nice suite which was really nice. Will stay again. Price, convenience, and safety.

Had to wait 10-15 minutes for water to heat enough for bathing...had to c all for a new alarm clock that worked. There were no water glasses in the room ! We would have really liked the room otherwise.
