Was given a late check out of 12. From 10 to 11:10 had multiple people try to come in the room even after I informed them I had a late check out. within five minutes of the first person there was constant banging on the ceiling above me, which was constant for over a minute to two. I got the hint and left.

I went for a one night Stayvacation using Expedia One Key Cash rewards. Had a swim in the pool. Watched the Astros at the Rio Ranch Bar and restauranrt. Had a perfect 16oz rebeye with small salad. Jose, the barkeep, was super nice. Room was quiet and pillows awesome. Highly Recommended.!

Poor Service

There were 2 dead bulbs in the bathroom on arrival and we called for replacement. There was a floor strip at the door that was sticking up and obstructing door movement. We Called maintenance and the tried fixing it and the problem continued. Reported the problem to front desk and they put in work order but the problem was not fixed until we checked out on our four days stay.

We had too many issues from the moment we checked in. My friend had dirty bed sheets. The tub drain kept backing up when you showered. There are no microwaves in the rooms so if you have left overs you might as well toss it.
