The room was extremely noisy from the noises of the fridge to the door slamming every time someone came in, there was no batteries in the remote when we got in the room. Whatever was above us in our room sounded like a maintenance room and they sounded like they were throwing things everywhere. This was the worst night of sleep we have ever had a a holiday inn express. Staff was pretty non caring about anything that was going on. Asked for a higher floor so we didn’t have to deal with noises above us and was told we could only be on one or two. Never been told that before and the deposit was $125 which is way more than I have ever done at any hotel that I have stayed at. I do not recommend this location.

The hotel is very worn out. The breakfast was terrible with rotten food. Doesn’t look like they are interested in maintaining their standard. My room had roaches in washroom and around the desk. It’s disgusting. I just hope it didn’t get into my stuff. The hotel manager was nice enough to get me check out early!

This is a fairly new Holiday Inn Express. The lobby is clean and well kept. The lay out and design is very nice. Staff was very helpful in each communication. The rooms were well kept. Great place and great location. Nice neighborhood across from the hospital.
