Check-in staff in afternoon are pretty cold, unwelcoming. Elevators are not all in operations. Otherwise, Homewood Suites that you expect. Big, clean rooms. Good breakfast. super convenient to The Galleria.

This is a great location near The Galleria with full kitchen and breakfast. The breakfast has lots of options. Room is spacious, clean, and my room had a ceiling fan. Lobby is a bit tired. The evening check in staff are proficient, but could be more welcoming. However, the morning staff are a ray of sunshine.
