Staff was awesome and I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel ZaZa! I was checked in and greeted by Kelley who did an amazing job introducing me to the hotel as well as Houston for the first time! The hotel was also very clean and smelled great. Daily coffee and snacks were served by the elevator every morning which was a great way to start the day and turndown service was provided with a snack and complementary water which was a nice way to end the day. Also enjoyed the restaurant down stairs and received the best service from Alex and Krubel! Will definitely stay here the next time I am in town!!

It was a Great experience and a Great Hotel. I was so impressed with the service it was impeccable. Josh at the check-in counter was Great. I wish I could remember the bar tender’s names they were excellent. I will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

This is my first time staying at the Zaza location. I’ve stayed in the medical district and at the one in Dallas and I think I’ve even visited the one in Austin for brunch once. This was my first time in Memorial city Zaza. Oh my goodness! I wasn’t told that I was being upgraded and wow what a wonderful surprise! I was given the beach suite and it was so beautiful! Will definitely come back.
