Safe Haven

The visit was to deal with devastating health issues. MD Anderson was massive but the hotel shuttle made getting around easy. The staff at the Hyatt was great. The room , restaurant Breakfast, all the grounds were great. Thank you for caring.

Exceeded expectations

In Houston for medical reasons. Hotel easy to get to from Smith tower. Easy check in,modern,clean and beautiful. Breakfast is super as discribed in website. Coffee delicious. Beds comfortable rooms laid out nicely. Would absolutely repeat staying here if needed in the future.

This Hyatt is by far one of the best I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They took care to make sure all my concerns and needs were met and addressed accordingly. I couldn't have been in a better place. The rooms were very clean and modern. The hall carpets are clean and elevators are new and updated. The food and fresh fruit served at breakfast was actually good. This property even had a sitting area in front of the hotel that allowed for relaxation while you grabbed a bite to eat or just enjoyed a bit of sunshine. The pool was clean and very well maintained with fresh clean towels available at all times. The pool area was a whole vibe. The parking garage was also clean, well lit and I felt very safe coming and going through out my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and to anyone looking for a great experience and a little relaxtion.
