Check-in was smooth, quick, and welcoming thanks to her. She was friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed for a great stay. Big thanks to Joshelle for starting our trip off on such a positive note. Didn’t get into my room until midnight. Check in was at 3. Had to go into a friends room to shower. We were going to see a concert. At 530pm it was still not ready. We had dinner reservations. Never got a call telling me my room was ready. Finally got back to the hotel at midnight and was able to check in. Then when I got in the shower no hot water. Lukewarm at best.
