Elevator was broken when i was inside by myself without the phone. Use hand to call help for oved 20 minutes. After 30 mins, 911 cane to help me get out.

Front desk attendant, Kennedy, threatened me because she didn’t know what she was doing and therefore I asked for a different person. I no longer feel comfortable using Hyatt Places now. When I booked my most recent trip to Chicago I thought briefly about Hyatt Place and then said absolutely not!

There was a foul odor in the hallway near the elevator. Probably from take out food disposed of in the hallway or trash container near the elevator

I don’t recommend to anyone. The parking charge is nearly half of the staying charge. When the time of booking I called front deck to check if they have shuttle service they said yes and after I booked another staff member said no shuttle.
