Great location for downtown events. Just two blocks from the Toyota Center. With that comes a lot of road noise. There appeared to be some suspicious microbial growth in the closet with the air return. I was post a photo.

The place was an apartment. ‘Loved the fact that there was a bathtub b/c hotels don’t seem to have them any more. It hadp lots of room & was very clean & comfortable.

Bad experience

I had booked this place a couple of month for my birthday weekend on labor day. I contacted the host on Friday morning and I had no reply I just wanted to see if everything was clear for my check in on Saturday. I texted her Saturday morning and still no reply. My check in was after 3 and at 2:30 I got a message from the property management saying my booking was canceled due to a previous check in destroyed the apartment. I couldn’t check in until Sunday and check out Mi day with completely needed up my plans the only solution I got was for me to book the same place for a different date which is completely crazy due to the fact that I had no comunication nor a better solution. They offer to pay for another booking but they wanted me to pay upfront then later they would reimburse me later. Totally never booking this property again

Great Location and Communication

Overall I stayed for 8 days, which was originally scheduled for 9. The host was very communicative and attentive to any issues I had. One issue arose at the end, which we could not resolve before I left, but the host did everything possible and it was outside the host's control. I will stay here again.

Great Stay for Marathon Weekend

This place is perfect for a long weekend. It is a convenient walk to many downtown venues and restaurants. The condo is clean, comfy and a nice home away from home. Secure access makes me feel safe even late at night or in the wee hours of the morning. Management is super friendly, super helpful. I will stay here again if I'm in Houston.

Easy access to GR Brown and Toyota Crnter

Great location for downtown activities like Houston Marathon. On second floor so used sound machines for sleeping due to normal street noises. Nice amenities but pool is not heated. Apartment issupplied with basics. Close to restaurants .
