Very clean

Brand new build/remodel so they seem to still be adding needed things. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels lol. The beds were comfy and the house was clean and neat! Communication with owner was great. The power went out in our house only the last 24 hrs we were there and it got a bit warm the last night but it was safe and in a nice neighborhood. I will definitely be staying again next time I go to Katy to visit family! Thank you Mateen!

Just missed the mark a little; but overall would rent again

It wasn’t a bad experience; just missed the notch on some issues. Couldn’t find the TV remote to get on to Netflix or stream from our phones. A phone call in the AM didnt have someone come to check it out till after 6 pm. 3 towels was not enough for 7 people; they brought a couple more when they come to fix the TV issue. Chairs on the table are falling apart; was scared to sit down. Loved the pans and appliances.
