Our stay at the Green Place was very nice. The apartment was clean and well kept. Our host Phillip communicated quickly for any questions we had. I would recommend this property highly. Thank you for accommodating us on short notice.

This place is older and needs updating and deep cleaning in every area. One of the toilets was broken and I'm sure it was a known problem. Note photo of sign above toilet. FYI it is not a drain problem it is a water delivery problem. Way below my standards and was glad for my stay to be over.
