Each unit features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, ideal for large families or groups attending events at NRG Stadium, the Medical Center, or exploring Houston. Enjoy full kitchens, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and private parking all just minutes from top attractions and stadium energy.

All bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy. Unit A includes a king bed and four twin beds—ideal for families with children or larger groups. Unit B offers a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for couples, kids, or extended family.

Guests will enjoy secure, keyless entry through a smart lock, no need to worry about keys! The property is fully gated for added privacy and peace of mind. You'll have exclusive access to the entire home and yard, making check-in easy and your stay comfortable from the moment you arrive.

**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.
