The restroom didn’t have a handle. The remote would not change the channel or anything else. They did accommodate and change us rooms but that room only had hot water to shower. So experience was not great but customer service was excellent!

The staff were courteous, check-in was a snap however the room we had left a lot to be desired. A/C plug outlet was sticking out from the wall about 2 inches. The toilet paper holder was also sticking out from the wall and wedged with toilet paper. There was a large tare in the batheoom door. Other than that the room was ok for 1 night.

Pictures i saw must have had filters because the room look totally different than what i thought i was getting. Hotel rooms very run down, rusted and falling apart. No maintenence man.. my husband works for The Best Western Inspections, fyi... so this was no good for them, sadly. The pick was last minute, or we would have went elsewhere.

Our stay was Friday-Tuesday and the only service we received was towels @ 10am the morning after arriving at 830pm. It was dirty the faucet still had splattered toothpaste from pervious guest. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The coffee pot was dirty and dusty. The air conditioning only worked sporadically. Had to bang on it to get it to come on. We did not have the "Do not disturb" sign on the door and still no one showed up for any service at all. Our entire stay there was no garbage taken out no toilet paper replaced no dirty towels picked up and no more clean ones dropped off. There was a fire alarm with a low battery in one of the rooms close so it beeped a high pitched beep every 30 seconds the entire stay. The noise from the freeway was ridiculously loud. I did not complain, which was my fault but I don't plan on ever staying there again. Spend the extra few bucks and stay at a different hotel.

My wife and I have stayed here several times while visiting her family in the area. it's not a 5 star hotel but it's not supposed to be. it's clean, the staff are friendly- a good comfy room for the night.
