This place is a hell hole. It's crackhead infested, bug infested, stale smelling, people walking around cussing, fighting, and arguing all times of the night and day. The pool hasn't been cleaned in ages. I had to walk with the attendant to 6 different rooms before I found one almost suitable for us to stay in til the sun came up. I would advise anyone to skip the reservation or pass right on by if you ever encounter the red roof inn on East fwy in Houston Texas. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

This property is in distress. My room had a hole in the wall that had been filled with something similar to a Walmart plastic bag. The seal under the door was basically nonexistent and bugs came in and out. The AC worked well. The bed was comfortable. This property is located next to a freeway so traffic sounds never stop. I was awakened at 3 AM with a homeless person or vagrant outside talking loudly. It just is not a very nice place to stay. It has a swimming pool outside, but it is floating with garbage and debris on top of the water. The water is filled with algae and is brown. I can understand if they don’t want to use their pool, but they should drain it and keep it clean. It’s just obvious that the owners or Management have given up.

It’s one of the older red roof ends. I’ve stayed in. Kind of dirty. The door doesn’t seal correctly. A hole in the wall that has a piece of paper stuffed in it. The floors are pretty dirty. Well lighted outside. The bed is comfortable. The shower didn’t have much pressure.

It was holes in the covers and sheets full of roaches and other insects! Not to mention a drug infested environment and the two ladies at the front desk were very rude and unprofessional!!!

Smells bad

I book a room with kitchenette and when I arrived there they didn’t have that room available, therefore I was given a different room however the lights in that room weren’t working and it didn’t smell clean, then I was given a different room and that one didn’t smell good neither.
