Room had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and bed was dirty and wires where hanging from the ceiling I asked for a refund immediately since I booked a non smoking room but was denied I had a 450 for a week but left as soon as I stepped in the room very bad

I arrived to check in, according to the front desk the room was 97% clean and I had to wait a bit longer for the room to be completely clean. This was an hour after check in time. Waited an hour to have it cleaned. When I arrived, there was still poop in the toilet from the last person. I told them to clean it up. Waited even longer and went I went back they just flushed the toilet and didn’t even clean it. Piss all over the toilet still. Requested a second room, towels were dirty, shower was dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes. The area is super sketch. Dead bugs in the room as well. Never coming here ever again. Terrible experience
