Did not like the fact the door doesn’t close all the way and can still see an opening. Bugs are bad coming from outside The cover wasn’t cleans still had stains Staff is great at front desk tho The housekeeping brought me a towel with pubic hair still in it smh really made it uncomfortable to stay and not clean.

My refrigerator and bath towels had long, black, straight hair in/on it and my tv didn’t work during my whole stay. I reached out to the front desk and they never sent anyone by my room to fix it. The pool needs to be cleaned as well. However, I was able to request a late checkout 30 mins past 11 and was granted it as I needed more time to prepare to check out. Overall this place is okay. The grounds were quiet but can be maintained much better. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail when turning over the rooms.
