The property did not match the listing or expectations. Beds were doubles, not queens, and the mattresses did not properly fit the bed frames. Bathroom sinks and showers were clogged, and one sink handle and toilet holders were broken. There were no bathroom hand towels, no dish soap, and the remote control batteries were dead. The sound bar was not functional, and the thermostat did not work properly. Overall, several maintenance and accuracy issues impacted the stay.
