The property was falling apart. There was mold. I seen the housekeeping quickly sweeping the tub with cleaner and a broom that she cleaned the toilet with and then splashing water over to rinse. The guy at the front desk was kinda weird and rude. The only good feedback I have is that the lady who initialing welcomed us was very kind. I would not stay that that hotel. I give it a 1 out of 5 stars.

To begin, the actual name of the property is not “America’s Best,” but rather “The Place Hotel Rooms and Studios.” The exterior of the office appears to be in poor condition, with visible signs of neglect, including an outdated “no occupancy” sticker—reportedly related to unresolved electrical and other maintenance issues from over a year ago. While the room itself was spacious, several aspects of the accommodation were below standard. The beds were outdated spring mattresses that squeaked with every movement. The walls were visibly dirty, and the shower curtain was torn and in need of replacement. Additionally, while the mini fridge was functioning, it appeared to be broken, as it was unable to keep items properly frozen.

The beds are worn down. The place smells like cigarettes even when it’s a non smoking. The property has a different name so it was very confusing finding the place. The pillows are hard as a rock. The lights in the room flicker

Looked for hotel for 2 hrs, had not changed the namewe drove in circles. Room on 3rd floor hisband jad total knee replacement 1 month ago Not good. Staff nice but not accommodating, no blankets,no ice bucket. Awful room 😢 😪

This property is in a very questionable location that is very inconvenient to access. The bathroom door would not close and latch and dragged on the floor so hard you almost needed to be a linebacker to close it. Very dissatisfied and will not be staying here again.
