The flooring is peeling up from the floor. For the price including the cleaning and host fees the floors should be better. The review about the peeling wallpaper and floors is accurate. Beds and bathrooms were nice. Floor plan is nice. Location was good and central. The floors and the wallpaper needs to be upgraded for the total price they are asking. Place did not seem very clean for the price of the cleaning fee. There was a spill of some kind on the floor, walls were generally dirty too. Paint and new floors would make all the difference.

Pictures are not accurate and parking is a problem

As soon as we walked into the property, we were greeted by the strong odor of smoke. As we walked up the stairs we noticed that the walls were dirty. Once we got upstairs, we noticed the flooring is peeling up and was very uneven throughout the place. We noticed the air vents have not been cleaned in quite some time. We didn't use the stove, but if you plan too you will have limited space due to the refrigerator being extremely close. The dining chairs were extremely dirty. The whole space just needed a deep clean and some repairs. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. The parking is a problem, not enough for multiple cars and street parking is an issue.
