First the picture of the hotel on the website doesn’t match the actual hotel. The White Hall isn’t a high rise hotel with all these windows. The front desk staff is amazing and very attentive. I had 2 issues and the were resolved promptly.

Our stay was great but there was some downs about it like the restroom not being too clean, their was smudge paint in the restroom trim and door, we didn't have a mini fridge when we got into the room so I had to request one which I figured I didn't have too because all rooms should have one no matter what.

It was a complete hassle to get checked in! I had reservations for 2 rooms! Upon arrival only one was ready so they switched me to a single king. I went up to the room and both rooms the beds were dirty with stains in them. So I had to go all the way down from the 10th floor. Was moved from one room to the next room, it was no available carts upon arrival or when we had to move so we had to get our things in and out up and down from one room to the next by hand. Super congested elevators. We ended up on the 12th floor when it was all said and done

i like the location of the property in downtown but we did see a few homeless men just standing around the property and acting out. when we arrived to the hotel we took a shower and bath tub instantly got clogged. but overall the staff was very nice and helping on this stay!
