Roof Garden House, close to the centre of town and the beach

Very comfortable town house, centre of Brighton, close to i360 and seafront with large outdoor roof garden/terrace. Recently refurbished and perfect for families, groups or couples looking to be near the centre. Sea views to the master bedroom and stairway. The Roof garden is secluded and quiet and is a real year round suntrap, perfect for alfresco dining or just relaxing. The accommodation is set over 3 floors and has its own private entrance and has 2 deluxe family bathrooms with all facilities and a separate WC. It is not a crammed space and is very comfortable for up to 9 guests. My place is surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars and although new to VBO / Expedia it has great reviews on other platforms!

Perfect for larger groups

Lovely property in a very central location. Fantastic access to the beach and key areas, loads of really great food nearby of all price ranges, we were really spoilt for choice. Landlord also super friendly and helpful and very communicative. Properly is also pet friendly and has a great outdoor space for breakfast and sundowners - one day we spent all day out there.
Stayed 5 nights in Jul 2025
