The staff was amazing. The property was well maintained overall. One TV remote was not working, the front desk guy was super helpful and got a new one set up for us. Toilet didn't flush great but it was ok. The oddest thing about the room was that it was more what I would describe as two rooms in one instead of a suite. The layout was odd. A suite usually has a living room like area and a bedroom like area, it was two bedrooms. The restaurant across the parking lot is fantastic food and service.

The staff was very helpful and polite. However, the property is poorly maintained and it is not clean. For example, my sheets were dirty, the tub was dirty and so was the floor. My feet were black just from walking around. Also, the Kleenex box was sticky and so were other fixtures in the room.

Staff was AMAZING. Very kind, wonderful people! 10/10 on hospitality! However - beds were very firm.. too firm, and not comfortable. This is my #1 complaint, as we were here for a basketball tournament and needed a comfy place to sleep. It was pretty clean, but the bathtub needed a little extra love. Shower water felt slimy. I probably would not stay again because what I look for is comfort.

The room was neat and tidy, but the floor was filthy even right after the floor was mopped from the cleaning staff and it left an odor. Please replace the mop heads and clean the floors better. 2 Employees walking around barefoot that lived in a lower level room. An old dented car with a freshly busted out window in the parking lot didn't give the hotel a good look. The pool was nice and huge! Nice to see a good clean pool. Staff was nice and accommodating. No complimentary breakfast except a breakfast bar and bad coffee, but the prices were very fair to stay there.
