Staff was very friendly. Rooms are very small and dated. We booked an upgraded room, but size was smaller than advertised. Pictures on the web look better than reality. Town is very small, so it’s good if you want quiet.

Nice place with a few little issues

Room was fine. Only downer was the shower flooding the bathroom floor -a water scraper is provided but a poor design flaw. Consequently the bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant whiff arising from poor drainage i guess. We had access to the 2 hot tubs as part of the room rate - these are shared with certain other rooms. Didn’t use them as went to the nearby Secret lagoon (only minutes away). Unfortunately another couple did so about 23.00 and even though they were not being noisy, their conversation could be heard in our room as the tubs are sandwiched between 2 rows of rooms and sound inevitabily carries. We ate in the restaurant and were impressed with the food for the evening and the range available for breakfast. Free parking available outside hotel. A useful shop over the road to get a sandwich for lunch. Hotel staff were friendly. I did have to show proof of my entitlement for free drink as per Silver member booking but was then offered the drinks - clearly there is a system issue on this aspect somewhere along the line.
