The hotel feels very old and in need of updating. From the paint on the walls to the furniture and the walkways, everything is cracked and chipped, needs fresh paint and repair. The pool was dirty and in desperate need of updates.

Excellent hotel at a great location right on Hua Hin beach! We received an upgraded room (JR Suite?) very spacious with a massive balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The 2 pools were very nice and water temperature was very refreshing but not freezing! The sea was VERY warm! Very nice beach and you can walk out quite a ways! We ate at the pool restaurant a couple of times which was very good. This was the second Centara Grand we stayed at (stayed in Pattaya as well). Highly recommended!

The accommodation was great as was the service and location was good. We found the price of meals and drinks extortionate, they were three times more expensive than in Hua Hin and higher than those in London and as a result we didn’t eat or drink there, which was a shame!

Had a very nice stay at this lovely hotel. The age demographic is a bit on the older side but very much enjoyed our stay here. The grounds, the pool, the beach and the breakfast buffet are all very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

My favorite hotel in the works

This is my 8 og 9 stay in this wounderful hotel. It’s my favourite hotel. It’s like back 100 years and that is so relaxing. The garden is magnificent and the staff is so friendly. I’m so sad leaving today - but until next time - see you🙏

Top Hotel

A top hotel with an amazing garden. The service was always friendly and professional. The chambermaids work cleanly and prepare the room for the evening. I would be very happy to come back at any time.
