Cheap, so the rooms reflect the price, not a bad stay. But on a party boy/girl street loud music untill midnight. The fan slightly blocked out the house. Not the newest accommodation, but place to sleep. If you dont mind lots of noise and slightly worn out place to stay. Its cheap for a stop over

Everything was a little dirty, our first room had no headboard which i complained about was given a room with one but the thai women was like its the same not understanding having a headboard and having to put my head on a dirty painted wall where not the same thing. Very close to everything but not a lot of everything there the place is like a ghost town and very overpriced.

Overpriced. Good for adventurous people looking for some fun in the numerous bars just outside the hotel. Doesn’t suit families. Poor breakfast. Very noisy if stay in the room on the street side. Shabby furniture.

False advertising. The pictures are old and misleading. We left two days earlier because the smell from the toilet was making us sick. The issues/false advertising were: 1.  Not waterfront.  There is no partial oven view from any room.  The beach picture are down the road.   2.  Pictures are not current of the property.  The property is much older and worn than shown. 3.  Very dirty - door knobs, light switches, garbage can, remote, doors, etc. 4.  Towels and bedding is old and stained. 5.  Bathroom smelled and stunk up the entire room.  All the halls smelled like sewer. 6.  Not furnished as pictured.  No lamps.  Not even a desk chair to set on.  When we asked for a chair in the room, we were brought a plastic stool. 7.  There is no working safe in the room and it is not bolted down. 8.  The price was twice what locals pay who know the poor condition.  It was the same price as the ones that really look like their pictures and are closer to the beach. Would not recommend until the pictures are updated and it is priced according to the amenities and condition.

This is a nice, small hotel, about half a block from the beach. It has a well maintained swimming pool, the lobby is kept neat and clean. It is not a fancy place, but at the price per night is a great deal. We enjoyed 8 days here, had a great time walking along the beach and looking at the many small shops nearby. There are lots of good places to eat within a five minute walk.

We have stayed at My House many times over the years. Seen it change hands and the new owners have been accommodating. Close to the beach. The front desk has always tried to be helpful.

Pet friendly

This hotel is before hua hin and we chose it based on being dog friendly. It's near the beach so great for long walks. We had no trouble with street dogs. Lots of restaurant nearby. Has an elevator and parking under the hotel. We walked everywhere. Breakfast in in the restaurant beach front so can sit and eat with a view.

Family with Kids - Review

Over all it was nice experience, room is as expected, quite spacious and beds are comfy - TV with very little channels but who's watching. Pool is a bit small and feels like a bath tub as it is surrounded by the rooms and has little sun reaching it; Room balcony door doe snot sound proof the outside noise so if you are clubbing no issues, you will like the disturbing noise of the cheap speakers from the street facing you, but if you have kids then i recommend you chose rooms in the back side. Staff are helpful only if they understood English - look for an amazing staff called Beau (she speaks English, French and Thai obviously and she is very helpful). Over all I would go back again and maybe push the cleaners to clean the toilets well.

No clean drinking glasses in a week, upgrade was a joke! Moldy grouting, smell coming from bathroom drain. Have been booking rooms at this hotel for over 10 years and never so disappointed. Under new management! We don’t believe we will be returning!
