Nice Place to Stay Outside of Busy Hua Hin

Fairly priced condo in immaculate condition. Owner was easy to communicate with. Nice to be just outside of Hua Him to escape the hustle and bustle.

Perfect holiday villa in Hua Hin.Close enough to the action yet perfect distance outside of downtow.

Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa. Stocked with everything you will need. Perfectly clean upon check in and very comfortable and QUIET! We needed a place to stay that was close enough to downtown Hua Hin yet away from the crazy traffic and every growing nightlife (i.e. NOISE). This villa was a perfect solution. Now there were a couple of issue but nothing that will be a showstopper. First, the toilet in the 2nd bathroom was not functioning properly. Not a big deal as the master bathroom was fully operational. Second was the internet. The owner's internet was incredibly slow and basically unusable. The Banyan Resort WiFi was great, when it was working. Late at night (midnight to 6am) which is when I was working, the internet was pretty stable but if a solid, high speed internet connection is critical to you, just understand that this is a challenge with this unit. I believe it is more of a limitation within the resort. Note: The resort issues old-style password tickets that are good for 2 devices. I recommend the Banyan Resort upgrade their internet facilities and just make the WiFi free across ALL villas. It would solve alot of issues. Again, great location. 5 minutes South of Hua Hin and just beyond the water park on the right as you head South. The long community pool/river outside the back door was great! And the hammock was a nice surprise. We just chilled and relaxed there some evenings for a few hours. Loved it. All in all, I'd give this villa a 4 out of 5 stars. The only thing keeping it from a full 5 star rating is the toilet issue and for us, the lack of a stable, high speed internet connection. I was unable to maintain Skype calls to my international customers and family during our visit. Other than these two items, the villa is a winner! Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to those seeking a change from the old Hua Hin hotel stay and battling traffic (and noise) downtown. Jason

Tolles Ferienhaus, toller Vermieter

Tolles Ferienhaus in einer kleinen ruhigen Anlage mit riesigem Pool. Das Haus ist super sauber und wir hatten auch kein Ungeziefer. Der Vermieter hilft ebenso bei allen Belangen rund um die An- oder Abreise. Wir haben dieses tolle Haus genutzt, um uns einige Tage in Thailand mit den Kindern zu akklimatisieren. Es war prima!

1017 ist eine Hausnummer

Einfach alles stimmte! das Ambiente, die Ausstattung, die Gegend ! Das Banyan Resort Personal war absolute Klasse. Immer wurde geholfen wo es nötig war. Es ist sehr angenehm in der Villa zu wohnen, ich hätte sie gerne nach Hause mit genommen. Die Fotos stimmen mit der Realität vollkommen überein, eher noch das es noch besser aussieht als man fotografieren kann. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der vom Vermieter empfohlene Taxifahrer Tom ist der Hammer. da wir nicht zum ersten mal in Hua Hin waren wussten wir wo wir wirklich hin wollten. Wir können diese schön Ferien-Villa nur empfehlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nochmals vielen herzlichen an den Vermieter Herr Stumpf für seinen Support von der ersten Minute an!

SUPER INTERESSANTER URLAUB!!!

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und gemütlich. Es fehlt an nichts!!! Vor dem Frühstück in den Pool und ein paar Bahnen schwimmen, dass ist Urlaub. Eine sehr gut gepflegte Anlage mit freundlichem Personal. Das Haus wird 2 mal die Woche sehr gründlich sauber gemacht und bei Fragen wird dir sofort geholfen. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr Hilfsbereit (z.B. hat er uns den Transfer vom Flughafen zum Haus schon organisiert), informiert sehr ausführlich und hilfreich. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Haus mit vielen Vorzügen

Das Haus präsentiert sich wie beschrieben in einem 5 Sterne- Golf- Resort mit freundlichem Personal und kostenlosem Busshuttle (vorherige Anmeldung nötig) zu den wichtigsten Orten in der Stadt, Market Village - zum Essen und Einkaufen, Clock Tower- mitten in der City und Night market (ein Muss für HH -Urlauber), sowie zum Cicada-Market, einer der schönsten Märkte, den wir in Asien gesehen haben mit hervorragendem Essen im BBQ-Stil und wunderbaren Handarbeiten an wunderschönen Ständen- Wir haben die Atmoshäre hier sehr genossen. Die Einheimischen kommen in Scharen hier her, was für die Qualität spricht. Das Haus selbst, ist genau wie beschrieben, perfekt ausgestattet und sehr schön in einen blühenden Garten eingebettet. Die Nachbarhäuser und der Pool waren täglich mit neuen Gästen frequentiert, wie auch schon bei anderen Besuchern beschrieben. Wenn die Belegung eines Hauses mal länger als einen Tag dauerte, waren es Familien mit 3 und 4 Kindern, der Lärmpegel war entsprechend. An den Wochenenden ist die Anlage rappelvoll mit Einheimischen, die bis in die Nacht feiern. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber man hat uns am ersten Abend im Hotel geraten, besser in der Stadt zu essen als im zugehörigen Restaurant, was wir über alle 17 Tage durchgehalten haben, da scheinbar die Kapazität überlastet war. Wir hatten einige ruhige Tage, an denen man den Pool und den Garten mit Hängematte in vollen Zügen geniessen konnte und waren regelmäßig im Pool schwimmen. Das Housekeeping war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings bei unserem Geruchsproblem im 2. Bade- und Schlafzimmer bei unserer Tochter dann doch überfordert. Mit viel Lüften und Raumspray hat man den Geruch im Schlafraum reduzieren können, aber das Problem war damit nicht gelöst. Im Hauptschlafzimmer hatte man das Problem nicht. Wir haben uns damit zufrieden gegeben, aber perfekt war das nicht. Da sollte man künftig Abhilfe schaffen, woher es auch rührte. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub und eine sichere und ordentliche Umgebun.,Kulturell kann man alles im Reiseführer und in den Unterlagen im Haus nachlesen und dann entsprechend planen . Wir hatten auch nette Gespräche mit unseren Nachbarn. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, wird vielleicht nicht unbedingt zufrieden gestellt, da niemand Einfluß auf den Belegungsplan des Hotels rundherum hat. Der Support des Vermieters ist als besonders vorbildlich zu erwähen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihre Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung !!
