Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Peru value-added tax (VAT) at 18%. A VAT exemption is available to travellers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing that they are not a resident of Peru. The exemption only applies to stays in Peru not exceeding 60 days.
• Deposit is payable by wire transfer and is due within 48 hours of booking the reservation.

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business or profession. This property has outdoor spaces, such as balconies, patios and terraces, which may not be suitable for children. If you have any concerns, we recommend contacting the property prior to your arrival to confirm that they can accommodate you in a suitable room. Guests must contact this property in advance to reserve cots/infant beds and rollaway/extra beds. This property accepts Visa and cash. Parties and events are allowed on site. Long-term renters welcome. For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher in all accommodation. Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

• Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorised responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarised supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.
• Reservations are needed for massage services. For reservations, contact the guest house before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 2 children aged 10 years old and younger stay free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
• Connecting/adjoining rooms are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property at the number on your booking confirmation.
