A Home to Relax and Unwind
The lounge has a smart TV for catching up on Netflix at the end of the day, and the kitchen is set up for proper cooking rather than just reheating, with a full oven and induction hob. A built-in washing machine makes longer stays easier.

• Living area: Smart TV, seating and a double sofa bed for the fifth guest, with a dining table and chairs.

• Kitchen: Induction hob, oven and extractor, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus a washing machine. Window over the sink looks out to trees.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed with wardrobe.

• Bedroom 2: Double bed with wardrobe. Sloped loft ceiling, so watch your head near the lower side.

• Bathroom: Shared between the rooms.

Location
Newsome is a quiet residential area close to green space and some well-regarded local pubs. You can manage without a car, with buses into Huddersfield town centre in around 20 to 25 minutes, though one makes the wider area easier to explore.

Good to Know Before You Book
The flat is on an upper floor reached by stairs, with no lift. Bedroom 2 has a sloped loft ceiling, so take care near the lower side. The fifth guest sleeps on the double sofa bed in the living room. Check-in is self check-in using the key lockbox by the apartment door, with full instructions sent the day of arrival. Park at the back of the building and register your vehicle on arrival.

Extra charges
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged when available: 1 hour for £25, or 2 hours for £40.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
