Welcome to Unit 211
Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA, 1,400 sq ft Condo, has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 2 on the 1st floor. All Pointe buildings have elevators and a coded entry for security.
This unit offers king size beds in each of the bedrooms. Wi-fi and Cable are included.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. There's a breakfast bar that seats 3 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
Living area has seating for 7 and has a dining area that seats 4.

Enjoy the breathtaking views from the open-air balcony w/ seating for 4 people.

Great location

Is a little pricey but the location is awesome. The carpet was disgusting so you are required to wear shoes all the time. There were only two trash bags and they were so thin they just rip by looking at them. Overall we had a great time but there are a few things to make this condo top notch, for that reason we gave four stars.

Grandkids at the Lake

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the amenities…..played pickle ball, rented paddle boards and a boat, fished and swam in the lake and the pool! A great time was had by all!

Smith Mountain Lake 4th of July

This is the perfect location at Mariners Landing! We enjoyed our stay and had a great view of fireworks at both Mitchell's point and Parkway Marina.
